Summary

The article provides information about medicinal plants widespread in the north-eastern districts of Azerbaijan in the Lesser Caucasus and widely used in folk medicine. The organs of plants used as medicine and their phases were clarified, their importance and therapeutic properties were determined. Local names and toponyms of plants were mentioned, information about their use in religious beliefs was given.
