Biologically active substances, obtained from the surface part of the species Angelica tatianae Bordz

Summary

The article provides information on the acquisition of biologically active substances of the species Angelica tatianae of the genus Angelica, bioecological properties, botanical studies, medical practical importance. Four furocoumarin derivatives: C11H6 O3 , m.p. 138.0-140.0°С; C12H8 O4 , m.p. 188.190°С; C13H10O5 , m.p. 117-119°С from the surface parts of A. tatianae (Apiaceae); C16H14O5 m.p. 141.0 -143°С ) was obtained. Based on the results of the detection of IR-1 HNMR-spectra, the chemical structural formulas of the studied substances were determined and proved that the structural formulas of the identified substances are the same as the structural formulas of angelicin, bergapten, pimpinellin, oxypeucedanin.

Keywords
