Some prospective medicinal plants distributed in the area of the Goygol district
Summary
The article provides information on the research results obtained based on the study of prospective medicinal plants distributed in the Goygol area in 2022. Researches were carried out on the basis of generally accepted floristic analyses, ethnobotanical surveys. From the collected survey materials, it was found that out of 45 species of useful plants used among the population, 7 species (15.56%) are rare, and 38 species (84.44%) are medicinal plants. Our goal is to study the modern state of medicinal plants distributed in the flora of our republic, natural resources by regions and natural zones, to map the distribution areas, to use them effectively, to determine ways to protect rare species and to transmit information about this to the local population.
