Briological researches of the north-eastern part of Azerbaijan

Summary

The article gives a brief overview of mosses. The main goal is to study the deciduous mosses of the north-eastern part of Azerbaijan (Quba, Qusar, Khachmaz, Khudat, Nabran). As the result, here shows the systematic composition and biological features of the species belonging to the new rare and dominant family for the territory of Azerbaijan.During researches, Climacium japonicum for the bioflora of Azerbaijan was first collected and determined from our collection while studying the specimens of deciduous moss collected from the natural ecosystems of the Khachmaz region. Rare deciduous moss species: Various species of Didymodon tophaceus, Barbula rigidula belonging to the family Pottiaceae Eurhynchium hians Sande Lac.var. atrovires, Eurhynchium hians Sande Lac.var. striatum belonging to the family Brachytheciaceaeare shown. Dominant species: Family Brachytheciaceae: Homalothecium philippeanum, Brachythecium salebrosum, Brachythecium mildeanum, Sciuro-hypnumpopuleum, Cirriphyllum piliferum, family Pottiaceae: Syntrichia ruralis, Tortula caninervis, Tortella tortuosa, Barbula fallax family Mniaceae Mnium spinosum, Mnium stellare, Plagiomnium cuspidatum, Mnium affine, Mnium seligeri, family Bartramiaceae Bartramiahalleriana, family Anomodontaceae Anomodon attenuatus, Anomodon rugelii, Anomodon viticulosus, Anomodon longifolius are includes deciduous mosses.
