Biomorphology and course of the life cycle of species of the genus Asparagus L. in a culture in Absheron

Summary

This article presents the results of study of the biomorphology and description of the course of the life cycle of some species (A. plumosus Baker., A. sprengeri Regel, A. officinalis L.) of the genus Asparagus L. and the main patterns of morphogenesis and anatomy of vegetative organs. The age states of morphogenesis were identified. It was determined that the axillary complex plays an important role in maintaining the functional activity of the entire shoot formation system. The leaf and axial nature of the spine - phyllocladia has been confirmed. Comparative anatomical analysis of vegetative organs shows a combination of xeromorphic and mesomorphic characters, which are found almost equally in three species. The presence of elements of xeromorphism and mesomorphism is determined by the habitat, since species prefer similar natural habitats. It is not uncommon for them to grow together in the same association.
